Orcadian Energy (AIM: ORCA), the low-emissions North Sea oil and gas development company announces that it has yesterday posted to shareholders the annual report and accounts of the company for the year ended 30 June 2022 and the Notice of the Company’s Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”). The Company’s AGM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 17 January 2023 at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR.
