Orcadian Energy plc is pleased to advise that yesterday its subsidiary, Orcadian Energy (CNS) Ltd (“Orcadian CNS”), executed an agreement to amend the repayment date in its secured, facility agreement with Shell International Trading and Shipping Company Limited (“STASCO”).
